Buddah, you might be referring to Santa Fe Seasons' Flaming Pineapple Salsa. It's great with chicken or fish, as a dessert salsa, or just munchin' with tortilla chips. Some of come close, but in the end, something is missing. Scott told me of another company that he loved, and I bought it, but someone else in the house ate it before I could get at it. My loss. Anyway, this is one I look forward to trying somewhere down the line. BW, good to see you kept your mind open to new things.
