Wicked Cactus hot sauce

Hello, everyone. I have a bottle of “Wicked Cactus Sauce”. The website is found here: sauce. Right now, they offer 8 different sauces.

I have a bottle of the Wicked Cosa Nostra.

I like the label. It looks like it was a hand-made design. My dad grew cactus when I was a kid. I suppose with the pricks on them you could view them as wicked.

The ingredients are as follows: Tomatoes, Caramelized Onions, Garlic, Habanero, Apple Cider Vinegar, Salt, Sugar, Spices.

The color of the sauce is like carrot and tomato mixed, even though no carrot is listed. The sauce did not look very thick.

The first smell right when I open the bottle is vinegar, then the habanero, then some salt.

On the bottle it says the sauce is pizza’s best friend, so I tried this sauce first on pizza. This sauce is great! I think this just might make my top 5 favorites. This sauce has a nice tangy zip to it. It’s not very hot at all for having habaneros. I would give it maybe a 2 out of ten. Aside from very little heat, this sauce rocks! It tastes very good!

The next day, I had this sauce on a burrito, and it was great. The sauce is a little thicker than you would think from the looks of it in the bottle. It has a cap in it so you can put it on a drop at a time. I removed it. A few drops was not cutting it for me; I wanted to pour it on thick.

My mom, who loves hot stuff, came for a visit. She liked this so much she took a business card and said she was going to buy some bottles of sauces. Out of the other 7 they offer, there are at least 2 I really want to try. I want to try all of them, but the two I want the most are “The Smoking Gun” and “Wrath of the Tiger Sauce”. I highly recommend this sauce. This one really was top notch. Rick b
